Can i teach my female parakeet to talk? and if she can talk, what the best and fastest way to teach her?

ok well i have a green parakeet named lola and she is a sweety and i love her and i play with for hours a day [ and like a couple hours after i got her I KNOW ITS BAD TO TAKE THEM OUT THE SAME DAY BUT I COULDNT HELP MYSELF SORRY and she jumped out on my finger the first try and came out, and ive loved her ever since. but know i want her to talk and every day i say her name "lola." and call me paranoyed, but after 10-15 times of saying lola she moves her beak up and down and no sound comes out but she moves her beak and my mom and my friend amber saw her do it to. so what is the best and fastest way to teach her to talk?
Answers:
You can teach her by repeating the same word(s) over and over again. Every single day when you pass the cage, use the word(s) in a sentence. Its very important you pronounce it clearly and say it in a cheerful voice so the bird thinks you're praising her. Male budgies (parakeets) learn to talk faster, but females are very very capable as well. You can also record your voice and put it next to her cage if you dont have time. Good Luck.
oh also, they are more prone to learn that sound with an ''R'' or a ''sh'' or hard vowels.
Give her a beak massage. My parakeet died of beak failure, because, guess why? No beak massage.
You can teach a female parakeet to talk.
The way i trained mine was saying something i wanted to teach her. Then reapeating it alot. Now when i get ready to walk out the door she says bye bye, She loves orange juice and when she wants it she says juicy juice.
Good luck with your new bird!
There alot of fun
You can teach your female parakeet to talk, but your parakeet must be active.Plus it is hard and takes a long time.
It's very rare that a female parakeet (budgie) will talk.
