I ask one other time if chickens would get along and was told they would..Poppycock..My R I Reds will not stay in the coop with the others..Why is this..
Answers:
It has to do with pecking order and has nothing to do with color at all. Very often when you introduce new birds to the coop you will have this kind of problem or the old birds and new birds will fight sometimes violently! Watch them closely until they work it out and accept each other. If one or more birds are being injured you may have to use an anti-pecking device like a pecking bit or peepers on the aggressive birds for a couple of weeks. An anti-pecking bit is a "C" shaped piece of plastic that goes from one nostril through the chickens beak into the other nostril. They can still eat and drink but they can not bite other chickens or pull out feathers. Usually you can take them off after a couple of weeks and things will be OK.
Here is a link where you can buy them. http://www.poultrysupplies.com/...
Hope this helps.
Cuz R I REDS are from do hood, they are the gangster roosters. POPPYCOCKS are the rich beotches, and regular HENS just have sex and lay eggs, they're like the prostitute chickens
Don't listen to that other answerer. The R I reds are either scared of the other chickens or they don't get along with the others. The members of this site might be able to help:

the members on the message board might have an answer.
The pecking order. Happens to my chickens all the time.
Chickens have a pecking order(to determine seniority) and the RIR's did not want to play the game. Red heads are like that.
PECKING ORDER BIRDS DO IT!!
