Any differences between a Congo and Timneh African Grey other than their physical appearances?

My mom has a 16 year old Congo and put a deposit down yesterday on a Timneh baby. I was wondering mainly from personal experiences what people think are the main differences between the two other than their obvious physical appearance differences.
Example: Have you had a better experience w/one over the other, does one tend to be friendlier, smarter, and so on. Thanks for your opinion!

In my experience TAGs are quieter and slightly less reacitve to subtle stimuli, while CAGs are a bit more sensitive and talk a little more, though I think this is a reflection of their more extroverted attitude than their intelligence.

I have hand fed both and i feel myself the CAG =congo talks faster and more then the TAG=Timneh .. other then that I did not see any diff..But I only had them in my home for a few months ..I neverbeen owned byan older TAG only CAGs I like them better becayse they are bigger the tail more red But I do plan to be owned by one some day!!
