when i rub his head then his stomache he closes his eyes half way and chirps this sound like 'yea'

Yes, Cockatiels love to have their heads and just under the beak scratched or rubbed for the most part, with a few rare exceptions. This is especially true when they are getting new feathers in. When they have a mate, they will preen each other in these hard to reach areas, so it is nice to have a companion, like yourself, that will do that for him. I have no doubt he loves every second of it.
No he doesn"t like you, he loves you ! You will reap what you sow. Keep talking to him and he may pick up on some words.
